December 2007 - Iran approves historic Chris de Burgh concert!

Iranian authorities have approved a plan for concerts by an Iranian pop group and Chris de Burgh in Tehran. The concerts, set for the middle of next year, would be the first time since the 1979 revolution that an Iranian pop band had played alongside a Western singer. For more information click here.

November 2007- ‘The Words I Love You’ with ‘The Arian Band’ in English and Farsi!

Chris has recently recording the song ‘The Words I Love You’ with ‘The Arian Band’. It is in English and Persian(Farsi) and will be included on The Arian Band’s new album for release in Iran this December.

French Canadian singer Marie-Élaine Thibert new album contains a duet version with Chris de Burgh of his song 'Lonely Sky', called 'Loin de Moi'.

Chris de Burgh’s new single 'Raging Storm', is released on March 12th through Ferryman/ Edel Records. The CD will contain 3 tracks: 'Raging Storm' (with Kristyna Myles), 'The Mirror of The Soul' and bonus track 'The Seduction of Lady Jane Seymour'. Both 'Raging Storm' and 'The Mirror Of The Soul' are taken from his current album 'The Storyman', but 'The Seduction of Lady Jane Seymour' is new track and was not available before.
